Maintenance:

As an owner at REALIFE Cooperative, you will enjoy a maintenance-free lifestyle.  Standard kitchen appliances and heating and air systems are maintained through the Cooperative's management.

Part-time maintenance personnel are on site to address maintenance issues. The Resident Services Director can also be consulted between 8:00am and 2:00pm. After hours and on weekends, residents may contact their Emergency Warden for maintenance issues. Emergency Wardens are volunteers who have the contact numbers needed to answer any maintenance emergency.  



LIVING AT REALIFE
Iíll tell you some reasons why I like living here.
I donít have to shovel snow Nor a lawn I have to mow.
The goldfish/lily pond, so many birds and flowers
Have all added beauty to our daily lives here.
If I felt like planting a garden either small or big
There could be a nice spot waiting for me.
The meal we share together a couple times a month,
It is a great time to greet each other, both new and old, to visit and relax.
If you enjoy playing cards, bingo, or shooting pool
There will be someone ready to join you.
A variety of entertainment we have monthly
For us to enjoy and afterwards
Great conversations, treats, and drinks being shared with all.
It has become a great way to spend an afternoon or evening.
The old fashioned Saturday night at the movies
With popcorn a couple times a month
It now has become a great hit.
